It's definitely the same. It's just that there's no "h" in khabar. My friend who went to college in Malaysia said that people rarely use Melayu, most of them use English. What language do you use at school?

Yup your Japanese is pretty good. I'm fine thank you. But yeah i can still speak english. Since most of my time I lived in english speaking country. I even speak mix english and japanese with my parents. so yeah you don't have to speak Japanese just for the sake of me. but it was very kind of you! hehe .
